Pricing Policy:

All orders are priced in US Dollars

Please Note that 5% will be added to all orders to cover Maine State Sales Tax.

Pricing Integrity: All prices on our site were current at the time of publication. While every effort has been made to maintain our everyday low prices, market conditions and manufacturers’ price increases may necessitate price adjustments. Gold and Silver prices may change due to the volatile nature of the market. Our prices may need to be updated, and we will alert you should the price change, prior to filling your order.

 

Payments:

            US Dollars is the only currency we can receive at this time.

            Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard symbol.  Any order priced at $10.00 or less will incur a $1.00 Credit-card use charge.

            Personal Checks, Bank Checks and Money Orders: Items will ship only after check has cleared and payment has been received, which is usually 5-10 days.  Each personal check is required to have the following: Pre-printed name, Pre-printed serial number (no temporary or starter checks), Complete mailing address (no P.O. Boxes), Telephone number with area code, Driver’s License Number and State of issuance.

Payment Plan Policy

            Finesse Jewelry is happy to offer a Payment Plan option to customers.  The goal is for our customers to be able to buy the beautiful jewelry they desire.  When our customer cannot pay for the item(s) all at once, then a Payment Plan is a great option!

             The elements of the Payment Plan include:

      Ø  A down payment of 20% will start the Lay Away.  Payment of 50% required prior to ordering or making jewelry.

 

Ø  Payments are expected on a monthly basis unless other arrangements have been made. 

 

Ø  Balances shall be paid over no more than a 12-month period, unless other arrangements have been made.

Ø  When the order is paid in full, the order will be given to the customer. 

 

Ø  Finesse Jewelry has the right to cancel the Lay Away agreement when no payment and no contact have been made in a 3-month period.  Item(s) placed in Lay Away may not be held after the 3-month period. Any payments made to that date will be available for return to the customer when he or she contacts Finesse Jewelry within 4 months from last contact.

 

Ø  Other Lay Away agreements may be made directly with Finesse Jewelry when needed.

 

Shipping

           Shipping Charge: Flat Rate: $2.99  If you want items insured, we can do that for you, at your expense.

           We ship items First class USPS.  We will ship within 7 days of receipt of payment, of those items listed in the website. Individual design items can take longer depending on the workmanship required and if we need to order something to complete the item. We make every effort to get your jewelry to you expediently.

 

  • Holiday Shopping – Be sure to order plenty in advance so your gift arrives in time!       
  • Box and/or gift wrap is available, let us know and we will gladly accomodate.
  • If you want it sent to an address other than your own, be sure to include that address with your order. 

           

Back Orders

We do our best to keep all of our items available for immediate delivery. However, occasionally backorders do occur. In the event of a backorder, we charge only for the items shipped at the time of the order.  Any items backordered items will be shipped as soon as they come in. Of course, there are no additional shipping charge added to backordered items.

You may return most Finesse products within 14 days, for any reason. It’s that simple. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of items to let us know.  Just send the unwanted products, in the original condition and packaging, to Finesse Jewelry for a full refund. Please include a copy of the invoice; and use sufficient packing material to ensure the items arrive undamaged.

 

We appreciate being contacted rather than getting a negative review. Let us work with you for your satisfaction. Again, returns are to be made within 14 days, at your expense, in original condition.

 

The exception is with items that have been made to your specifications, such as having made a mother’s ring with your stone selections, or having sized a ring specifically for you beyond a size 8.

 

If your piece ever arrives damaged and needs repair or length needs adjusting, we can happily fix it for you. When the item is shipped, we will determine if there will be any cost involved for you.  If it is a fault on our end or of the jewelry, the repair will be free of charge and your return shipping costs will be refunded.
